I specialize in working with clients navigating the profound effects of deep trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger issues, among other challenges. My approach is characterized by a gentle, empathic, and deeply connected therapeutic style.
I employ a transformative blend of therapeutic modalities, drawing from talking therapy, Inner Child Therapy, Art Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), coaching, and positive psychology. This eclectic approach allows me to tailor my methods to each individual client, ensuring a personalized and effective therapeutic journey.
